PARTIDO UNION vs AMEFIP – RESERVA
No habiendo el Club AMEFIP confeccionado la planilla de partido en la forma reglamentaria, ya que presentó la de primera división para disputar el partido preliminar a ésta, se impone a dicho club la multa de v.e.21 (ART. 94 d2 del RTP), la que deberá abonarse dentro del 3er día de publicado la presente.-
Asimismo se intima a todas las instituciones a dar cumplimiento a las directivas del organizador y exigidas por el sistema COMET.-

SITUACION DEL JUGADOR MAZZEO MARCELO Y LA RECONSIDERACION PRESENTADA:
Cítese a JUAN IGNACIO TRIPPA a que se presente ante éste Tribunal a fin de ser oído, el día MARTES 14 DE ABRIL DEL 2026 A LAS 18:30hs. QUEDA DEBIDAMENTE NOTIFICADO.-

Que el CLUB ATENEO DE LA JUVENTUD DE MERCEDES, realiza una protesta de partido sobre la inclusión de un jugador por parte del CLUB ALL HAZ en el partido de Torneo Reserva disputado el 5 de abril del 2026, entre ambos clubes. (Que la presentación se encuentra a disposición de las partes involucradas),
Por ello éste Tribunal, RESUELVE:
1) Dar curso a la presente protesta, por reunir los requisitos legales (ARTS. 13, 14 32 Y 33 del RTP).-
2) Correr traslado al CLUB ALL HAZ, respecto al hecho mencionado, y a los fines que estime corresponder (ARTS. 18, 32 Y 33 del RTP).-
3) Solicitar a la Comisión Directiva de ésta Liga, toda la documentación pertinente (ARTS. 32 Y 33 del RTP).-
