RESOLUCIONES:

1)VISTO:

LAS SUSPENSIONES PROVISIONALES DEL FALLO 11 publicado el 15/05/2026, en relación a los hechos de violencia suscitados entre jugadores/técnico del partido disputado el pasado 10/05/2026 entre Club Ateneo y Palometas primera división.-

CONSIDERANDO:
Que el informe arbitral detalla agresiones físicas violentas (golpes de puño) cometidos por los jugadores Manuel CULICHINO y Augusto GIMENEZ, también por parte del Director Técnico Damián ORTOLÁ; insultos y señas inadecuadas por parte del jugador Santiago GATTI.-
A su vez los fundamentos y prueba aportada en los descargos efectuados por el D.T Ortolá y el jugador Gatti, ambos del Club Palometas, no bastan para contrariar el informe arbitral.-
Por ello, éste Tribunal RESUELVE:

I.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al jugador Manuel CULICHINO y Augusto Iván GIMENEZ, ambos del Club Ateneo (conf. arts. 200 a1, 32 y 33 del RTP)
II.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al jugador Santiago GATTI del Club Palometas (conf. arts. 202 b, 32 y 33 del RTP)
III.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al D.T Damián ORTOLÁ del Club Palometas (conf. arts. 200 a1, 260, 32 y 33 del RTP)

2) VISTO
El informe arbitral respecto al partido disputado el 16/05/2026 entre el Club Ateneo Vs. Club Palometas Categoría 2015, el cual deja constancia de la situación de dos jugadores que fueron retirados por sus padres (sin autorización del D.T) mientras transcurría el partido.-
Hágase saber tal circunstancia al Club Ateneo, a fin de que informe ante éste Tribunal lo que estime corresponder, LO QUE ASÍ SE RESUELVE.-

3)VISTO
El informe arbitral, respecto del partido que debió disputarse entre el Club Mercedes Vs. Club Los Carteros y, la no presentación de éste último aún habiéndose cumplido el tiempo reglamentario; TRASLADO por el término de 3 (tres) días, al Club LOS CARTEROS, a fin de que presente su descargo (conf. art. 7 del RTP), LO QUE ASÍ SE RESUELVE.-

4)VISTO
CLUB QUILMES Vs CLUB TROCHA – PRIMERA DIV. Partido disputado el 01/05/2026.-

En relación al Visto 1) del Fallo 11 publicado el 15/05/2026, la suspensión provisoria del Jugador del Club Quilmes Mariano CARRETERO y la NO presentación de su descargo.-
A su vez, la demora en la presentación del informe por parte del árbitro Sr. Franco MANCILLA;
éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
I.- SANCIONAR con 3 Partidos al jugador Mariano CARRETERO (conf. arts. 215, 27, 32 y 33 del RTP).-
II.- SUSPENDER por 15 días al árbitro Sr. Franco MANCILLA (conf. arts. 270 inc.c del RTP).-
III.- APLICAR al Club QUILMES, la multa de veintiún (21) v.e (conf. art. 91 inc.c del RTP).-

5) VISTO
Los descargos del Club Trocha y del Club Vélez 5ta división, que fueran solicitados en le Visto 4 del fallo 10 publicado el 08/05/2026.-
En atención a los incidentes sucedidos fuera del campo de juego pero dentro del predio local (Club Torcha) el día 01/05/2026; éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
I.- APLICAR al Club TROCHA, 2 fechas con la multa de cincuenta (50) v.e (conf. art. 80 inc.c del RTP).-
II.- APLICAR al Club VELEZ, 2 fechas con la multa de cincuenta (50) v.e (conf. art. 80 inc.c del RTP).-

6) VISTO: CLUB TROCHA Vs SAPA – PRIMERA DIV-
El informe arbitral por el ingreso tardío de 6 minutos al campo de juego, por parte del Club Trocha.-
TRASLADO por el término de 3 (tres) días al Club Trocha, a fin de que presente su descargo (conf. art. 7 del RTP), LO QUE ASÍ SE RESUELVE.-

7) VISTO: CLUB VELEZ SARSFIELD Vs. CLUB ATENEO – PRIMERA DIV-
Que el árbitro informa, que una vez finalizado el partido disputado entre ambos clubes se dirigía a cobrar el arancel de la jornada, allí el Presidente de Vélez Sr. José ALFONSO, realiza una serie de descargos contra el asistente Nro. 2 (en malos modos) y, también hacia su persona (amague de golpe de puño e insultos);
Por ello, TRASLADO por el término de 3 (tres) días al Sr. José ALFONSO, a fin de que presente descargo que estime corresponder (conf. Art 7 del RTP), LO QUE ASÌ SE RESUELVE.-

NOTA
1) Se recuerda que según el Art. 27 del RTP – El jugador que… sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedará automáticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontará la pena cumplida a raíz de esta suspensión automática…

2) Es dable reiterar a todos los árbitros que actúen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, la de informar los incidentes detalladamente al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y así resolver cada una de las actuaciones.-De repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dará lugar a la aplicación del artículo 270 inc. d del RTP.-
