RESOLUCIONES:

1 VISTO) LOS CARTEROS Vs CLUB MERCEDES CAT. SUB 13 FEMENINO
La protesta del Club LOS CARTEROS y, no estando firmada por el secretario o presidente como así también no ha pagado el pago correspondiente, siendo éstos falta de requisito formal, corresponde rechazarla;
Por ello éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
1.- DESESTIMAR por improcedente la protesta del referido club (conf. arts. 13, 14 y 15 de RTP).-

2 VISTO) CLUB REC. UNION Vs CLUB ESTUDIANTES CAT. 2012/13/14
La presentación efectuada por el Sr. Lombardo Rubén, quien manifiesta ser integrante de la Comisión del Club Recreativo Unión, sin perjuicio de lo narrado, se observa que la presente nota no cuenta con la firma ni del Presidente ni del Secretario de dicho club, por ello NO HA LUGAR, lo que así se resuelve (conf. arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-

3 VISTO) CLUB CARTEROS Vs CLUB MERCEDES CAT. 2017
El informe arbitral, y atento a los incidentes y circunstancias descriptas, que involucran al DT Zacagnino Gustavo y Sr. Zacagnino Alfredo;
éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
1.- SUSPENDER PROVISORIAMENTE a Zacagnino Gustavo y Zacagnino Alfredo.-
2.- Cítese al árbitro del encuentro el Sr. Burnel Alejandro para el próximo miércoles 13 de mayo a las 18:30hs en la sede de la Liga Mercedina (arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-

4 VISTO) CLUB TROCHA Vs CLUB VELEZ SARSFIELD 5ta DIVISIÓN
Agréguese y téngase por recibida la nota del Club Velez Sarsfield, y en relación a los hechos acontecidos entre ambos clubes, los que son de público conocimiento;
Éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
1.- Dar TRASLADO al Club Trocha y al Club Velez Sarsfield, por el término de cinco días de notificado, a fin de realizar los descargos que estimen corresponder (conf. arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-

5 VISTO) CLUB LOS CARTEROS Vs CLUB EL FRONTON
El informe arbitral, respecto al insulto durante el desarrollo del partido por parte de un hincha del Club visitante (Fronton) quien agrede al asistente N° 1, arrojándole una galleta desde la tribuna la cual impacta sobre éste y manifestándole “los monos comen galletitas”.-
Que ante ésta circunstancia estamos frente a un hecho racista y/o discriminatorio, sancionable por el RTP;
Por ello éste Tribunal RESUELVE:
1.- Sancionar al Club El Frontón con una AMONESTACIÓN, por las razones expuestas y bajo apercibimiento de aplicar sanciones más graves por reiteración (art. 32, 33 y 88 Inc. a del RTP).-

NOTA
1) Se recuerda que según el Art. 27 del RTP – El jugador que… sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedará automáticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontará la pena cumplida a raíz de esta suspensión automática…
2) Es dable reiterar a todos los árbitros que actúen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, la de informar los incidentes detalladamente al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y así resolver cada una de las actuaciones.-
De repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dará lugar a la aplicación del artículo 270 inc. d del RTP.-
