2) VISTO:
El informe del árbitro del encuentro entre DEFENSORES Y LOS CARTEROS, en la Categoría
RESERVA, donde los árbitros del partido manifiestan que “ al finalizar el encuentro se acerca e
ingresa al vestuario de los árbitros el Sr. Gil Mauricio dirigente del club Defensores sin permiso y
diciéndole a viva voz ustedes son …. ,……, si quieren informar que yo ….. “.- (Debido a la extensión
se pone a disposición de la parte copia de dicho informe).
Por todo ello, el Tribunal de Disciplina RESUELVE:

1) Suspender por cuatro partidos Mauricio Gil del Club Defensores (art. 32, 33 y
185del RTP).-

* Se recuerda que según el Art. 27 del RTP – El jugador que … sea expulsado del campo de juego en
partido oficial, quedará automáticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el
Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontará la pena cumplida a raíz de esta suspensión
automática.
