RESOLUCION

1 VISTO
El informe arbitral del partido de Reserva entre los clubes El Frontón – Los Carteros, donde sem menciona que: “al finalizar el encuentro el jugador número 19, BISFORO JULIAN (CARTEROS), intentó agredir físicamente al ayudante de campo del equipo rival en reiteradas ocasciones” ,este Tribunal Resuelve
Suspender en forma provisoria al jugador BISFORO JULIAN y dar traslado por cinco días corridos para el correspondiente descargo.

2 VISTO
El informe arbitral del partido de Categoría 2010 entre los Clubes Holanda – Estudiantes donde se menciona que: “el partido no se jugó producto a que el Club Holanda no llegaba al cupo mínimo de jugadores… solo había cuatro jugadores con sus respectivos DNI”, este Tribunal Resuelve

A) Dar por perdido el partido al Club Holanda, con el resultado de Holanda 0 – Estudiantes 6.
B) Imponer una multa de valor entradas 58 al Club Holanda. (ART. 109 e del RTP)

3VISTO
Que varios informes realizados por distintos árbitros observan faltantes de datos de jugadores expulsados y/o informados, fundamentalmente sobre categoría y club al que pertenecen, este Tribunal Resuelve

Reiterar e informar en relación de a todos los árbitros que actúen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, de toda la información, al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y así resolver cada una de las actuaciones.
En el mismo sentido, infórmese a la Mesa Directiva de la Liga, a los fines que utilice los medios necesarios para que todos los árbitros estén en conocimiento de lo actuado.
De repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dará lugar a la aplicación del artículo 270 del RTP.
