La presentación del Club AMEFIP en relación a la multa impuesta en el Fallo 6 publicado el 09/04/2026 y, no estando los firmantes representantes autorizados, siendo ésta una falta de requisito formal, corresponde rechazarla;
Por ello éste Tribunal, RESUELVE:
1.- Desestimar por improcedente atento que los firmantes no se encuentran acreditados como tales en la Liga Mercedina de Fútbol (conf. Art. 9, 32 y 33 del RTP).-
