RESOLUCIONES:<\/p>\n

1)\tCLUB DEFENSORES JRS Vs. CLUB HOLANDA -SENIOR- del 27\/05\/2026<\/p>\n

VISTO: El informe del \u00e1rbitro, quien a los 4 minutos del segundo tiempo suspende definitivamente el partido disputado por los clubes mencionados, motiva la decisi\u00f3n por el desmayo del jugador Juan DUBERTTI, agrega en su descripci\u00f3n que ambos directores t\u00e9cnicos estuvieron de acuerdo en no continuar con el partido.-
\nCONSIDERANDO: La decisi\u00f3n del \u00e1rbitro, la anuencia de ambos directores t\u00e9cnicos, y no constando en el informe considerar la reprogramaci\u00f3n de los minutos restantes en otra fecha;<\/p>\n

\u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<\/p>\n

I.- Dar por TERMINADO el partido con el resultado parcial registrado hasta el momento de la suspensi\u00f3n: CLUB DEFENSORES JRS 2(dos) y CLUB HOLANDA 0 (cero) (conf. art. 32 y 33 del RTP.-<\/p>\n

2)\tVISTO:
\nCLUB J. NEWBERY Vs. CLUB QUILMES CATEGORIAS 2011 y 2013 del 30\/05\/2026
\nCONSIDERANDO: Lo informado por la Liga Mercedina de F\u00fatbol, en relaci\u00f3n a los partidos disputados entre los clubes y sus categor\u00edas mencionadas precedentemente, por el cual el \u00e1rbitro del encuentro el Sr. EZEQUIEL BARCOS, no ha presentado las planillas oficiales de los partidos y, teniendo en cuenta que dicha omisi\u00f3n afecta la transparencia del torneo, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el computo de goles, tarjetas o suspensiones;<\/p>\n

Por ello, \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:
\nSUSPENDER POR 15 d\u00edas al \u00e1rbitro Ezequiel BARCOS (conf. art. 270 inc. C del RTP)<\/p>\n

3) CLUB JUVENTUD DE SUIPACHA Vs. CLUB J. NEWBERY \u2013 PRIMERA 31\/05\/2026<\/p>\n

VISTO: El informe arbitral, y el descargo de ambos clubes, pasen a despacho para su tratamiento.-<\/p>\n

4) CLUB ESTUDIANTES Vs. CLUB LOS CARTEROS \u2013 RESERVA \u2013 01\/06\/2026 <\/p>\n

VISTO: El informe arbitral, en relaci\u00f3n a FACUNDO DIAZ jugador de Carteros, quien fue expulsado por salivar e insultar a un rival, luego de la expulsi\u00f3n dicho jugador se dirigi\u00f3 en forma violenta hacia el \u00e1rbitro asistente Nro 2 Sr. Nahuel Romero; all\u00ed el \u00e1rbitro principal le sugiere que se retire del campo de juego, y \u00e9ste le aplic\u00f3 un golpe de pu\u00f1o, caus\u00e1ndole dolor y mareos, motivo por el cual debi\u00f3 suspender el partido.-
\n CONSIDERANDO: El hecho de violencia informado que involucra al jugador Facundo D\u00cdAZ;
\n Por ello, \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:
\n I.- SUSPENDER PROVISIONALMENTE al jugador FACUNDO D\u00cdAZ; correr TRASLADO por 3 (tres) d\u00edas de notificado al jugador mencionado precedentemente, a fin de que realice el descargo correspondiente, caso contrario se resolver\u00e1 con los elementos aportados en la causa (conf. art 22, 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n

NOTA
\n1)\tSe recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP \u2013 El jugador que\u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontar\u00e1 la pena cumplida a ra\u00edz de esta suspensi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica\u2026
\n2)\tEs dable reiterar a todos los \u00e1rbitros que act\u00faen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, la de informar los incidentes detalladamente al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y as\u00ed resolver cada una de las actuaciones.-
\nDe repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dar\u00e1 lugar a la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 270 inc. d del RTP.-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
