DE CAMPO \u2013 CLUB HOLANDA) \u2013 1 PARTIDO (ARTS. 186 y 260 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLUCIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1)VISTO:<\/p>\n<p>LAS SUSPENSIONES PROVISIONALES  DEL FALLO 11 publicado el 15\/05\/2026, en relaci\u00f3n a los hechos de violencia suscitados entre jugadores\/t\u00e9cnico del partido disputado el pasado 10\/05\/2026 entre Club Ateneo y Palometas primera divisi\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p>CONSIDERANDO:<br \/>\nQue el informe arbitral detalla agresiones f\u00edsicas violentas (golpes de pu\u00f1o) cometidos por los jugadores Manuel CULICHINO y Augusto GIMENEZ, tambi\u00e9n por parte del Director T\u00e9cnico Dami\u00e1n ORTOL\u00c1; insultos y se\u00f1as inadecuadas por parte del jugador Santiago GATTI.-<br \/>\nA su vez los fundamentos y prueba aportada en los descargos efectuados por el D.T Ortol\u00e1 y el jugador Gatti, ambos del Club Palometas, no bastan para contrariar el informe arbitral.-<br \/>\nPor ello, \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<\/p>\n<p>I.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al jugador Manuel CULICHINO y Augusto Iv\u00e1n GIMENEZ, ambos del Club Ateneo (conf. arts. 200 a1, 32 y 33 del RTP)<br \/>\nII.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al jugador Santiago GATTI del Club Palometas (conf. arts. 202 b, 32 y 33 del RTP)<br \/>\nIII.- SANCIONAR con 2 Partidos al D.T Dami\u00e1n ORTOL\u00c1 del Club Palometas (conf. arts. 200 a1, 260, 32 y 33 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p>2) VISTO<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral respecto al partido disputado el 16\/05\/2026 entre el Club Ateneo Vs. Club Palometas Categor\u00eda 2015, el cual deja constancia de la situaci\u00f3n de dos jugadores que fueron retirados por sus padres (sin autorizaci\u00f3n del D.T) mientras transcurr\u00eda el partido.-<br \/>\nH\u00e1gase saber tal circunstancia al Club Ateneo, a fin de que informe ante \u00e9ste Tribunal lo que estime corresponder, LO QUE AS\u00cd SE RESUELVE.-<\/p>\n<p>3)VISTO<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral, respecto del partido que debi\u00f3 disputarse entre el Club Mercedes Vs. Club Los Carteros y, la no presentaci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo a\u00fan habi\u00e9ndose cumplido el tiempo reglamentario; TRASLADO por el t\u00e9rmino de 3 (tres) d\u00edas, al Club LOS CARTEROS, a fin de que presente su descargo (conf. art. 7 del RTP), LO QUE AS\u00cd SE RESUELVE.-<\/p>\n<p>4)VISTO<br \/>\nCLUB QUILMES Vs CLUB TROCHA \u2013 PRIMERA DIV. Partido disputado el 01\/05\/2026.-<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n al Visto 1) del Fallo 11 publicado el 15\/05\/2026, la suspensi\u00f3n provisoria del Jugador del Club Quilmes Mariano CARRETERO y la NO presentaci\u00f3n de su descargo.-<br \/>\nA su vez, la demora en la presentaci\u00f3n del informe por parte del \u00e1rbitro Sr. Franco MANCILLA;<br \/>\n\u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\nI.- SANCIONAR con 3 Partidos al jugador Mariano CARRETERO (conf. arts. 215, 27, 32 y 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\nII.- SUSPENDER por 15 d\u00edas al \u00e1rbitro Sr. Franco MANCILLA (conf. arts. 270 inc.c del RTP).-<br \/>\nIII.- APLICAR al Club QUILMES, la multa de veinti\u00fan (21) v.e (conf. art. 91 inc.c del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>5) VISTO<br \/>\nLos descargos del Club Trocha y del Club V\u00e9lez 5ta divisi\u00f3n, que fueran solicitados en le Visto 4 del fallo 10 publicado el 08\/05\/2026.-<br \/>\nEn atenci\u00f3n a los incidentes sucedidos fuera del campo de juego pero dentro del predio local (Club Torcha) el d\u00eda 01\/05\/2026; \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\nI.- APLICAR al Club TROCHA, 2 fechas con la multa de cincuenta (50) v.e (conf. art. 80 inc.c del RTP).-<br \/>\nII.- APLICAR al Club VELEZ, 2 fechas con la multa de cincuenta (50) v.e (conf. art. 80 inc.c del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>6) VISTO: CLUB TROCHA Vs SAPA \u2013 PRIMERA DIV-<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral por el ingreso tard\u00edo de 6 minutos al campo de juego, por parte del Club Trocha.-<br \/>\nTRASLADO por el t\u00e9rmino de 3 (tres) d\u00edas al Club Trocha, a fin de que presente su descargo (conf. art. 7 del RTP), LO QUE AS\u00cd SE RESUELVE.-<\/p>\n<p>7) VISTO: CLUB VELEZ SARSFIELD Vs. CLUB ATENEO \u2013 PRIMERA DIV-<br \/>\nQue el \u00e1rbitro informa, que una vez finalizado el partido disputado entre ambos clubes se dirig\u00eda a cobrar el arancel de la jornada, all\u00ed el Presidente de V\u00e9lez Sr. Jos\u00e9 ALFONSO, realiza una serie de descargos contra el asistente Nro. 2 (en malos modos) y, tambi\u00e9n hacia su persona (amague de golpe de pu\u00f1o e insultos);<br \/>\nPor ello, TRASLADO por el t\u00e9rmino de 3 (tres) d\u00edas al Sr. Jos\u00e9 ALFONSO, a fin de que presente descargo que estime corresponder (conf. Art 7 del RTP), LO QUE AS\u00cc SE RESUELVE.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTA<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP \u2013 El jugador que\u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontar\u00e1 la pena cumplida a ra\u00edz de esta suspensi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica\u2026<\/p>\n<p>2) Es dable reiterar a todos los \u00e1rbitros que act\u00faen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, la de informar los incidentes detalladamente al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y as\u00ed resolver cada una de las actuaciones.-De repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dar\u00e1 lugar a la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 270 inc. d del RTP.-<\/p>\n<p>3) Es importante informar que, para los descargos, protestas o consultas sobre sanciones, podr\u00e1n hacerlo al correo electr\u00f3nico oficial del Tribunal: tribunaldisciplinaligamercedes@gmail.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Honorable Tribunal de Penas PRESIDENTA: Dra.
