SUB 13 FEMENINO<br \/>\n    La protesta del Club LOS CARTEROS y, no estando firmada por el secretario o presidente como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n no ha pagado el pago correspondiente, siendo \u00e9stos falta de requisito formal, corresponde rechazarla;<br \/>\nPor ello \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- DESESTIMAR por improcedente la protesta del referido club (conf. arts. 13, 14 y 15 de RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>2 VISTO) CLUB REC. UNION Vs CLUB ESTUDIANTES CAT. 2012\/13\/14<br \/>\n        La presentaci\u00f3n efectuada por el Sr. Lombardo Rub\u00e9n, quien manifiesta ser integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n del Club Recreativo Uni\u00f3n, sin perjuicio de lo narrado, se  observa que la presente nota no cuenta con la firma ni del Presidente ni del Secretario de dicho club, por ello NO HA LUGAR, lo que as\u00ed se resuelve (conf. arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>3 VISTO) CLUB CARTEROS Vs CLUB MERCEDES CAT. 2017<br \/>\n     El informe arbitral, y atento a los incidentes y circunstancias descriptas, que involucran al DT Zacagnino Gustavo y Sr. Zacagnino Alfredo;<br \/>\n \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- SUSPENDER PROVISORIAMENTE a Zacagnino Gustavo y Zacagnino Alfredo.-<br \/>\n2.- C\u00edtese al \u00e1rbitro del encuentro el Sr. Burnel Alejandro para el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de mayo a las 18:30hs en la sede de la Liga Mercedina (arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>4 VISTO) CLUB TROCHA Vs CLUB VELEZ SARSFIELD 5ta DIVISI\u00d3N<br \/>\n       Agr\u00e9guese y t\u00e9ngase por recibida la nota del Club Velez Sarsfield, y en relaci\u00f3n a los hechos acontecidos entre ambos clubes, los que son de p\u00fablico conocimiento;<br \/>\n\u00c9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- Dar TRASLADO al Club Trocha y al Club Velez Sarsfield, por el t\u00e9rmino de cinco d\u00edas de notificado, a fin de realizar los descargos que estimen corresponder (conf. arts. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>5 VISTO) CLUB LOS CARTEROS Vs CLUB EL FRONTON<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral, respecto al insulto durante el desarrollo del partido por parte de un hincha del Club visitante (Fronton) quien agrede al asistente N\u00b0 1, arroj\u00e1ndole una galleta desde la tribuna la cual impacta sobre \u00e9ste y manifest\u00e1ndole \u201clos monos comen galletitas\u201d.-<br \/>\n Que ante \u00e9sta circunstancia estamos frente a un hecho racista y\/o discriminatorio, sancionable por el RTP;<br \/>\nPor ello \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n     1.- Sancionar al Club El Front\u00f3n con una AMONESTACI\u00d3N, por las razones expuestas y bajo apercibimiento de aplicar sanciones m\u00e1s graves por reiteraci\u00f3n (art. 32, 33 y 88 Inc. a del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>NOTA<br \/>\n 1)   Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP \u2013 El jugador que\u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas. Del fallo definitivo se le descontar\u00e1 la pena cumplida a ra\u00edz de esta suspensi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica\u2026<br \/>\n 2)  Es dable reiterar a todos los \u00e1rbitros que act\u00faen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, la de informar los incidentes detalladamente al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y as\u00ed resolver cada una de las actuaciones.-<br \/>\nDe repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dar\u00e1 lugar a la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 270 inc. d del RTP.-<br \/>\n   3) Es importante informar que, para los descargos, protestas o consultas sobre sanciones, podr\u00e1n hacerlo al correo electr\u00f3nico oficial del Tribunal: tribunaldedisciplinaligamercedes@gmail.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Honorable Tribunal de Penas PRESIDENTA: Dra.
