RESOLUCION<\/strong>
\n1<\/strong> VISTO)
\nEl descargo presentado por el jugador C\u00e9sar FIGUEREDO de la CATEGORIA SENIOR del CLUB PALOMETAS, que si bien reconoce haber ingresado al campo del juego, \u00e9ste manifiesta que s\u00f3lo lo hizo para protestar y tratar de revertir el fallo arbitral del penal cobrado, tambi\u00e9n alega que se dirigi\u00f3 al \u00e1rbitro con insultos, pero que de ninguna manera amenaz\u00f3 verbalmente ni agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente a dicho \u00e1rbitro, posteriormente se retir\u00f3 de la cancha por sus propios medios;
\nPor ello, \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:
\nI.- Imponer la SUSPENSI\u00d3N al jugador C\u00e9sar FIGUEREDO DE 3 PARTIDOS (ARTS. 185, 207 INC. I, 32 Y 33 del RTP)<\/p>\n

2<\/strong> VISTO)
\nEl informe arbitral del partido de 5a Divisi\u00f3n entre los clubes DEPORTIVO GOWLAND \u2013 VELEZ, donde se menciona que tras la expulsi\u00f3n del jugador local VALLEJO AXEL se produce una agresi\u00f3n con un pelotazo al \u00e1rbitro, este Tribunal habiendo escuchado el \u00e1rbitro del encuentro Emanuel S\u00e1nchez quien ratific\u00f3 el informe producido en cuanto a la agresi\u00f3n del jugador y en cuanto a la falta de garant\u00edas para continuar el encuentro, refiere que dadas las condiciones narradas se encontraba imposibilitado de continuar con el juego ni responsable alguno a quien pedirle las mismas;
\nPor ello, \u00e9ste Tribunal RESUELVE:
\nI.- Mantener la suspensi\u00f3n provisional al jugador VALLEJO, AXEL<\/p>\n

3<\/strong> VISTO)
\nEl pedido de reconsideraci\u00f3n del club AMEFIP respecto del jugador Agustin Maidana, se RESUELVE IMPONER en definitiva a dicho jugador la sanci\u00f3n de 2 partidos de suspensi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

4<\/strong> VISTO)
\nQue en varios informes realizados por distintos \u00c1RBITROS se observan faltantes de datos de jugadores expulsados y\/o informados, fundamentalmente sobre categor\u00eda y club al que pertenecen;
\nPor ello este Tribunal hace saber:
\n A todos los \u00c1RBITROS que act\u00faen en partidos de la Liga Mercedina, que es obligatorio el desarrollo completo y claro, de toda la informaci\u00f3n, al momento de realizar los informes; a fin que este Tribunal pueda contar con los elementos necesarios y as\u00ed resolver cada una de las actuaciones.
\nEn el mismo sentido, inf\u00f3rmese a la Mesa Directiva de la Liga, a los fines que utilice los medios necesarios para que todos los \u00e1rbitros est\u00e9n en conocimiento de lo actuado.
\nDe repetirse en lo sucesivo, este tipo de circunstancia, dar\u00e1 lugar a la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 270 del RTP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
