RESOLUCION<\/p>\n
1) VISTO<\/p>\n
El incumplimiento en los pagos de multas aplicadas, este H. Tribunal de Penas resuelve suspender provisoriamente al Club Atl\u00e9tico General Rodriguez y dar<\/p>\n
traslado a la Comisi\u00f3n Directiva de la Liga Mercedina para su tratamiento.<\/p>\n
(Art. 77 del RTP).<\/p>\n
2) VISTO<\/p>\n
La presentaci\u00f3n de Mar\u00eda Elina Cadenazzo, Presidente de Palometas F.C., donde informa que la jugadora ZAYAS KIARA JAZMIN de la Categor\u00eda Sub 14 se encuentra inscripta en dicho Club en el torneo Apertura; considera que la jugadora estar\u00eda incurriendo en una doble falta ya que se encuentra participando en el torneo Clausura para el Club Deportivo Gowland.<\/p>\n
Este Tribunal Resuelve:<\/p>\n
1) Ordenar traslado a la Secretar\u00eda de la Liga Mercedina de F\u00fatbol, a fin de que infome en que Club se encuentra registrada la jugadora ZAYAS.<\/p>\n

3) VISTO<\/p>\n
Que en relaci\u00f3n al punto 6) Visto del Fallo 31 de fecha 22\/10\/2025, el cual dispone traslado por tres d\u00edas al D.T. CARDOZO JONATHAN (RESERVA) del<\/p>\n
Club Deportivo Gowland, para que aporte elementos de prueba al caso.<\/p>\n
Que no habiendo el nombrado aportado lo requerido, y encontr\u00e1ndose vencido el plazo.<\/p>\n
Este Tribunal Resuelve:<\/p>\n
1) Hacer efectiva la sanci\u00f3n por 5 partidos al D.T. CARDOZO JONATHAN (RESERVA) del Club Deportivo Gowland.<\/p>\n
