GOWLAND) -PRIMERA- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nRUBIO GASPAR (VILLA MANCHI) -PRIMERA- 5 PARTIDOS (200 a y 186 del RTP)<br \/>\nSANCHEZ BRIAN (AMEFIP) -PRIMERA- 3 PARTIDOS (Art. 200 a1 del RTP)<br \/>\nALVAREZ MAXIMILIANO (HOLANDA) -PRIMERA- 3 PARTIDOS (Art. 200 a11 del RTP)<br \/>\nCORDOBA MATEO (VILLA MANCHI) -RESERVA- 3 PARTIDOS (Art. 200 a7 del RTP)<br \/>\nPEREZ NICOLAS (UNION) -PRIMERA- 1 PARTIDO (Art. 186 del RTP)<br \/>\nMIGUEL AGUSTIN (VILLA MANCHI) -6A DIVISION- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nPARADA THIAGO (AMEFIP) -5A DIVISION- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nOJEDA RIOS TOMAN (EL FRONTON) -CATEGORIA 2010- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nNIETO VALENTIN (DEFENSORES) -CATEGORIA 2010- 4 PARTIDOS (Art. 199 y 200 del RTP)<br \/>\nBENAVIDEZ BAUTISTA (DEFENSORES) -CATEGORIA 2011- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nCABRERA JOAQUIN (CARTEROS) -5A DIVISION- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nCARRIZO LISANDRO (ATENEO) -5A DIVISION- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nSILVEYRA JUAN (CUERPO TECNICO ATENEO) -5A DIVISION- 3 PARTIDOS (Art. 205 y 260 del RTP)<br \/>\nORELLANA VALENTIN (ATENEO) -CATEGORIA 2010- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<br \/>\nCABRERA JOAQUIN (CARTEROS) -CATEGORIA 2013- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 207 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLUCION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral del partido de Primera entre los clubes All Haz y Holanda, donde se menciona al ingreso al vestuario y agresiones verbales a la terna arbitral, por parte del vicepresidente del Club Holanda, ROBLEDO JUAN MANUEL, y recibido el descargo correspondiente por parte del denunciado, este tribunal Resuelve:<br \/>\nSancionar con 15 d\u00edas de suspensi\u00f3n al se\u00f1or ROBLEDO JUAN MANUEL (Art. 32 y 33 del RTP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) VISTO<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Informe arbitral del partido de Primera entre los clubes Estudiantes y V\u00e9lez, donde se menciona a la figura del Sr. ALFONSO JOSE (Presidente Club V\u00e9lez) como responsable de agresiones verbales hacia el \u00e1rbitro, y recibido el descargo correspondiente por parte del denunciado, este Tribunal Resuelve<br \/>\nSancionar con 15 d\u00edas de suspensi\u00f3n al se\u00f1or ALFONSO JOSE (Art. 32 y 33 del RTP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) VISTO<\/strong><br \/>\nEl Informe arbitral del partido de Primera entre los clubes Estudiantes y V\u00e9lez, donde se menciona a la figura del Sr. ZAMMITTO SANTIAGO (Jugador de Club Estudiante) como responsable de agresiones verbales hacia uno de los asistentes, y recibido el decargo correspondiente por parte del denunciado, este Tribunal Resuelve:<br \/>\nSANCIONAR con 1 PARTIDO de suspensi\u00f3n al jugador ZAMMITTO SANTIAGO (Art. 32 y 33 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nEl Informe arbitral del partido de Primera entre los clubes Estudiantes y V\u00e9lez, donde se menciona a la figura del Sr. ADORNO (Jugador de Club Estudiante) como responsable de agresiones verbales hacia uno de los asistentes, y no haciendo uso del decargo correspondiente por parte del denunciado, este Tribunal Resuelve:<br \/>\nSANCIONAR con 1 PARTIDO de suspensi\u00f3n al jugador ADORNO FANCO (Art. 32 y 33 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) VISTO<\/strong><br \/>\nEl informe arbitral del partido Categor\u00eda 2013 entre los clubes Carteros y Ateneo, donde se menciona que la mam\u00e1 de un jugador del club local, identificada como D\u00edaz, Mar\u00eda, fue expulsada del predio debido a los insultos y amenazas sobre uno de los \u00e1rbitros; y CONSIDERANDO que fue la delegada del mismo club, quien identic\u00f3 a la denunciada, este Tribunal Resuelve:<br \/>\nSUSPENDER por el t\u00e9rmino de 1 MES a DIAZ, MAR\u00cdA para concurrir a eventos realizados por la Liga Mercedina (Art. 32, 33 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) VISTO<\/strong><br \/>\nLa presentaci\u00f3n del Sr. CARDOZO JONATHAN (CT del club Gowland) sobre la sanci\u00f3n de 5 partidos en relaci\u00f3n a su accionar en el partido de Reserva de los clubes Uni\u00f3n &#8211; Deportivo Gowland este Tribunal Resuelve<br \/>\nMantener la sanci\u00f3n y dejar abierta la posibilidad de aporte de elementos de prueba, por el t\u00e9rmino de tres d\u00edas, que ameriten un nuevo an\u00e1lisis de lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nEl informe arbitral del partido de Senior entre los clubes Costa Brava y Palometas, con la declaraci\u00f3n del jugador FLORES SERGIO, y dem\u00e1s elementos incorporados, este Tribunal Resuelve<br \/>\nSUSPENDER por 2 PARTIDOS a los jugadores FLORES SERGIO y LATORRE PABLO.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS PRESIDENTE: DR.
