\nVISTO el informe arbitral del partido entre los clubes Ateneo y Estudiantes, Categor\u00eda 2014, donde se manifesta que \u201c\u2026 finalizando el encuentro se me acerca con mucha furia el t\u00e9cnico del club local, el Sr. Daniel M\u00f3naco, increp\u00e1ndome e insult\u00e1ndome, diciendo que hab\u00eda adicionado 3\u2019 m\u00e1s, cuando en verdad se adicion\u00f3 2\u2019\u2026 al mismo tiempo, a parte de insultarme se pone a discutir, a gritar e insultar a la parcialidad de la tribuna visitante, casi acerc\u00e1ndose hacia el alambrado\u201d
\n\u201cYa cuando estaba todo calmo, me quedo terminando de cerrar las planillas, veo que se me acerca una mujer de la parcialidad del club Ateneo, que se llama Gabriela Mar\u00fa. La misma se dirige a mi persona y comienza a insultarme y a increparme\u2026\u201d.
\nCONSIDERANDO que en Fallo 29 se dio vistas a descargo al mencionado M\u00f3naco y al Club Ateneo por situaci\u00f3n de parcial; que Club Estudiantes elev\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n; y a su vez se incorpor\u00f3 testimonio del Presidente de esta Liga, este Tribunal RESUELVE<\/p>\n
\nSUSPENDER por el t\u00e9rmino de 2 Meses a Mar\u00fa Gabriela para concurrir a eventos realizados por la Liga Mercedina (Art. 32, 33 del RTP)
