FALLO 29<\/strong><\/p>\n ROJAS MARIA GUADALUPE (MERCEDES) -FEMENINO 1a- 3 PARTIDOS (Art. 202 y 205 del RTP) RESOLUCION<\/strong><\/p>\n 1)<\/strong> VISTO el informe arbitral del partido entre los clubes Ateneo y Estudiantes, Categor\u00eda 2014, donde se manifesta que \u201c… finalizando el encuentro se me acerca con mucha furia el t\u00e9cnico del club local, el Sr. Daniel M\u00f3naco, increp\u00e1ndome e insult\u00e1ndome, diciendo que hab\u00eda adicionado 3\u2019 m\u00e1s, cuando en verdad se adicion\u00f3 2\u2019… al mismo tiempo, a parte de insultarme se pone a discutir, a gritar e insultar a la parcialidad de la tribuna visitante, casi acerc\u00e1ndose hacia el alambrado\u201d 2)<\/strong> VISTO el informe del partido de RESERVA entre los clubes Pabell\u00f3n Argentino – Atl\u00e9tico Rodr\u00edguez, donde se menciona la no presencia del equipo visitante, este Tribunal Resuelve 3)<\/strong> VISTO el informe del partido de RESERVA entre los clubes Jorge Newbery – Atl\u00e9tico Rodr\u00edguez, donde se menciona la no presencia del equipo visitante, este Tribunal Resuelve 4)<\/strong> VISTO el descargo presentado por el Sr. CANE MAXIMILIANO, DT del Club Los Carteros, en raz\u00f3n de la sanci\u00f3n recibida en el Fallo 28 de este Tribunal, este Tribunal Resuelve 5)<\/strong> VISTO el descargo presentado por el jugador LUCERO GERMAN, del Club LOS CARTEROS y con los elementos que obran en este tribunal (testimonio de dirigentes de la Liga, supuestamente agraviados por el mencionado jugador), este Tribuna Resuelve: HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS PRESIDENTE: DR. \nPor todo ello, este Tribunal RESUELVE
\n– Suspender en forma provisional al DT del club Ateneo, Sr. M\u00f3naco Daniel y darle derecho a descargo, que deber\u00e1 efectivizar dentro de los tres (3) d\u00edas.
\n– Con respecto a la parcial mencionada, dar derecho de descargo al Club Ateneo, bajo apercibimiento de recibir sanciones<\/p>\n
\n– Dar traslado al Club Atl\u00e9tico Rodr\u00edguez, bajo apercibimiento y dem\u00e1s sanciones.<\/p>\n
\n– Dar traslado al Club Atl\u00e9tico Rodr\u00edguez, bajo apercibimiento y dem\u00e1s sanciones.<\/p>\n
\nQue de lo actuado, analizado y con nuevos elementos incorporados surge que quien particip\u00f3 de la descripci\u00f3n mencionada por el \u00e1rbitro del partido fue el Sr. Coria y no quien suscribe el presente tr\u00e1mite.
\nPor todo ello, se deja sin efecto la sanci\u00f3n al se\u00f1or CANE, Maximiliano, a la vez que bajo los mismos elementos se sanciona con 3 Partidos de suspensi\u00f3n al se\u00f1or CORIA LUCIANO.<\/p>\n
