RESOLUCION<\/strong>
\n1)<\/strong> NOTA INGRESADA AL TRIBUNAL- tema suspensiones-
\nQue la nota de referencia alude a las recientes sanciones aplicadas por el Tribunal, tratando de evidenciar su desacuerdo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de no resultar sujetos imputados de manera alguna, tanto ello que los traslados concedidos oportunamente a ellos no estaban dirigidos, por ende no exist\u00edan infracciones deportivas que fueran necesaria ser revisadas y sancionadas.
\nEn cuanto a las sanciones impuestas, entendemos que al no conocer los hechos tal como ocurrieron, le dan una opini\u00f3n sesgada al respecto, aunque reiteramos sin ser los firmantes de la misma sujetos directos a dicha imputaci\u00f3n, tanto es as\u00ed que pretenden hacer coincidir una sanci\u00f3n con otras dictadas que evidentemente ten\u00edan otro contexto de mayor gravedad
\nPor lo expuesto, habiendo dictado las sanciones conforme a derecho deportivo vigente, se hace saber que cualquier cambio en el mismo no es competencia de este tribunal sino del C.F..F.A. al que podr\u00e1n ocurrir para lograr sus pretensiones<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> PARTIDO MERCEDES vs DEP. GOWLAND \u2013 2016- no presentaci\u00f3n de categor\u00eda-
\nIMPONER al CLUB DEP GOWLAND una multa de v.e. 58 (art. 109 e) del RTP m\u00e1s la suma de $ 10 mil en concepto de arancel arbitral a devolver al club local<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> PARTIDO ATENEO vs. VELEZ SARSFIELD \u2013 2014- no presentaci\u00f3n de categor\u00eda
\nIMPONER al CLUB VELEZ SARSFIELD una multa de v.e. 58 (art. 109 e) del RTP m\u00e1s la suma de $ 10 mil en concepto de arancel arbitral a devolver al club local<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> PARTIDO ATENEO vs AMEFIP -5TA DIVISION-
\nDAR POR GANADO EL PARTIDO AL CLUB ATENEO debiendo registrarse el resultado 6-0 a su favor.
\nIMPONER al CLUB AMEFIP una multa de v.e. 58 (art. 109 e) del RTP m\u00e1s la suma de $ 17 mil en concepto de arancel arbitral a devolver al club local<\/p>\n

TRASLADOS:
\n1)<\/strong> PARTIDO VILLA MANCHI vs PABELLON ARG. -7MA divisi\u00f3n-
\nSUSPENDER PROVISORIAMENTE AL JUGADOR FIGUEROA Ivan y conceder al nombrado derecho a descargo por el t\u00e9rmino de 5 d\u00edas corridos.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> PARTIDO VELEZ SARSFIELD vs JUVENTUD \u2013 CAT. 2014- no presentaci\u00f3n de categor\u00eda
\nTraslado por el plazo de 3 d\u00edas al Club V\u00e9lez Sarsfield fin que formule el descargo correspondiente en caso de corresponder<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> PARTIDO LA TIJERA vs HOLANDA CAT- 2010 no presentaci\u00f3n de categor\u00eda
\nTraslado por el plazo de 3 d\u00edas al Club Holanda fin que formule el descargo correspondiente en caso de corresponder<\/p>\n
