RESOLUCION<\/strong>
\n1)<\/strong> PARTIDO VILLA MANCHI vs LOS CARTEROS \u2013 cat. 2014- s\/protesta de partido por inclusi\u00f3n de jugador con doble inscripci\u00f3n.
\nRecibido el descargo del Club Villa Manchi y por parte del club Los Carteros un audio qu corrobora su registro en el Club Luj\u00e1n de A.F.A., verificado los extremos con el sistema comet de registro de jugadores, resulta que el nombrado efectivamente reconoce registro ante aquella entidad, por ende imposibilitado de actuar en \u00e9sta Liga, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su anotaci\u00f3n provisional en planillas, corresponde hacer lugar a la protesta presentada, por ello se resuelve: HACER LUGAR a la protesta
\npresentada, dando por ganado el encuentro al club Los Carteros debiendo registrarse el resultado 1-0 a su favor, debi\u00e9ndose devolver por Tesorer\u00eda el monto depositado como derecho e IMPONER al club Villa Manchi una multa de similar monto.<\/p>\n

SUSPENDER DEFINITIVAMENTE EL REGISTRO DEL jugador Elias Gabriel BANEGAS TORRES ante la L.M.F.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> PARTIDO QUILMES vs AMEFIP Ba. SAN MARTIN- RESERVA- s\/ inclusi\u00f3n indebida de jugadores mayores de edad
\nNo habiendo producido descargo el club AMEFIP Ba. SAN MARTIN y habi\u00e9ndose corroborado la inclusi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s jugadores mayores permitidos, se resuelve HACER LUGAR a la protesta presentada, dando por ganado el encuentro al club Quilmes debiendo registrarse el resultado 1-0 a su favor, debi\u00e9ndose devolver por Tesorer\u00eda el monto depositado como derecho e IMPONER al club AMEFIP Ba. SAN MARTIN una multa de similar monto ($ 150.000).<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> PARTIDO LOS CARTEROS vs MERCEDES \u2013PRIMERA. Ingreso tard\u00edo al campo de juego
\nAmpl\u00edase plazo para presentaci\u00f3n de descargo, dado la elevaci\u00f3n de informe arbitral a los mencionados clubes0<\/p>\n

4) <\/strong>PARTIDO LOS CARTEROS vs TROCHA- SUB 16 FEMENINO- agravios a
\njugadora de Carteros por parcial de Trocha
\nNo habiendo contestado el traslado el club TROCHA para que identifique a la parcial responsable de los agravios, IMPONESE la sanci\u00f3n a AMONESTACI\u00d3N.<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> PRESENTACION DEL CLUB CARTEROS s\/ aplicaci\u00f3n de multa
\nAtendiendo las razones que invoca, ni habiendo aportado pruebas en contrario, para nada las mismas contrastan lo fallado oportunamente, sino que robustece lo resuelvo, se desestima la misma por improcedente.<\/p>\n

6)<\/strong> PRESENTACION DEL SR. MARCELO MU\u00d1OZ DEL CLUB DEFENSORES
\nAPORTADAS las pruebas que dice poseer, se proveer\u00e1<\/p>\n

TRASLADOS<\/strong>
\n1)<\/strong> PARTIDO VELEZ SARS. Vs MERCEDES 5ta \u2013 ingreso de parciales al campo de juego.
\nTRASLADO a ambos clubes por el plazo de tres d\u00edas para que formulen su descargo.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> PARTIDO JUVENTUD vs DEFENSORES Jr. 5ta- manifestaciones injuriosas y\/o discriminatorias
\nTRASLADO a ambas instituciones por el plazo de 3 d\u00edas para que ofrezcan sus descargos<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> PARTIDO VILLA MANCHI vs CARTEROS comportamiento de los miembros de cuerpo t\u00e9cnico
\nTRASLADO a los Sres Gustavo Zacagnino y Agustin Juare por el plazo de 3 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

El presente fallo fue el an\u00e1lisis realizado en la reuni\u00f3n del d\u00eda martes por la tarde – noche.
