RESOLUCION<\/strong><\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> PARTIDO UNION vs MERCEDES cat. 2010- Expulsi\u00f3n de un masculino y 1 femenino de la parcialidad visitante, por insultos a los \u00e1rbitros.<\/p>\n

Habiendo presentado el descargo Club Mercedes, susp\u00e9ndase por el plazo de 3 partidos al Sr.Esteban Montovio, impidiendo su ingreso a cualquier espect\u00e1culo deportivo organizado por la LMF.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> PARTIDO DEFENSORES vs MERCEDES \u2013RESERVA- comienzo tard\u00edo del encuentro \u2013 12 minutos-
\nHabiendo contestado el Traslado el Club Mercedes, revisada la programaci\u00f3n y planilla de encuentros, se desestima el informe arbitral- arts. 32 y 33 del RTP-.-<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> PARTIDO QUILMES vs VELEZ \u2013 SEXTA DIVISION.
\nNo habiendo contestado ambos clubes sobre decisi\u00f3n de cuerpos t\u00e9cnicos de no continuar encuentro, DESE EL PARTIDO POR FINALIZADO con el resultado obtenido al momento<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> AL CLUB AT. RODRIGUEZ por inclusi\u00f3n de 6 jugadores no inscriptos en planilla de RESERVA.
\nNo habiendo presentado descargo alguno, SE INHABILITA DEFINITIVAMENTE a los jugadores mal inclu\u00eddos en planilla en forma manuscrita en las planillas; dejando constancia que esa situaci\u00f3n en nada modifica el resultado obtenido en dicho partido, IMPONIENDOSE una multa de 21 v.e. (art. 91 del RTP)<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> PARTIDO GOWLAND vs SAN BERNARDO \u2013PRIMERA
\nA fin de poder expedirnos en los t\u00e9rminos del art. 7 del RTP, Solicitar ampliaci\u00f3n de informe arbitral sobre los hechos acontecidos en zona de vestuario finalizado el encuentro. Ampliar el plazo para que Paulo Jadra Tau, cuya suspensi\u00f3n provisoria se mantiene, amplie su descargo y aporte la prueba del mismo.<\/p>\n

6)<\/strong> PARTIDO DEFENSORES vs MERCEDES \u2013 cat. 2015- jugador nro. 3 Bruno Russi, menor de edad jugando dos partidos consecutivos.<\/p>\n

DESESTIMAR lo informado, dado que no se ha podido contar con pruebas necesarias para determinar alguna situaci\u00f3n sancionable (arts. 32 y 33 RTP)<\/p>\n

7)<\/strong> PEDIDO PRESENTADO POR EL CLUB LOS PALOMETAS por jugadores Ventura y Lanzavecchia.
\nPor extempor\u00e1neo y sin aportar pruebas en contrario, se desestima el planteo que se pretende introducir contra lo resuelto por el tribunal.-<\/p>\n

8)<\/strong> PARTIDO UNION vs EL FRONTON 6TA DIVISI\u00d3N: Informe sobre el ingreso de 1 parcial femenino visitante al campo de juego:
\nDESESTIMAR el informe por resultar incongruente ni indicar infracci\u00f3n alguna \u2013 arts.32 y 33 RTP<\/p>\n
