ATENEO, cat. 2010, donde hizo saber que \u201c en el momento de pedir los documentos de cada equipo jugador 7n de Holanda \u2026\u201d(Informe que se pone a disposici\u00f3n de las partes debido a su extensi\u00f3n).-<br \/>\nArt. 32 \u2013 El Tribunal de Penas debe resolver con sujeci\u00f3n a la letra y esp\u00edritu del Estatuto y\/o Reglamento<br \/>\nde la Liga, de las resoluciones emanadas de las autoridades competentes de la misma y, en lo no prescripto, de acuerdo con los principios del deporte, la equidad y el derecho.<br \/>\nArt. 33 \u2013 La apreciaci\u00f3n de los hechos para la justa aplicaci\u00f3n de la pena queda confiada a la libre convicci\u00f3n<br \/>\ndel Tribunal de Penas, el cual se pronunciar\u00e1 con los elementos de juicio que considere suficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)\tSuspender en forma provisoria a Dilan Pinilla, jugador de HOLANDA, y dar traslado del informe precedente (art. 32, 33 y 185 del RTP).-<br \/>\n2)\tDar traslado del informe que antecede al Club Holanda para su correspondiente descargo(art. 32 y 33 del RTP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nEl descargo del club el TIMON sobre los hechos sucedidos el 10\/8\/2024, en el partido en la categor\u00eda 5ta, del mencionado club vs. el CLUB HOLANDA (Informe que se pone a disposici\u00f3n de las partes debido a su extensi\u00f3n).-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)Dar traslado al CLUB HOLANDA del descargo precedente, a fin de producir su propio descargo (art. 32, 33  del RTP).- <\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> RECONSIDERACION: la presentaci\u00f3n del CLUB UNION, donde solicita reconsideraci\u00f3n de sanci\u00f3n de la jugadora Bel\u00e9n Pedraza, no habiendo presentado nuevos elementos que permitan apartarse de lo resuelto, este Tribunal RESUELVE: Mantener la sanci\u00f3n del fallo 24\/ 2024 (aret, 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Hacer saber a los clubes que las puertas de acceso al campo de juego debe permanecer cerrado, de lo<br \/>\ncontrario la terna arbitral se encuentra facultado a no comenzar el encuentro, debiendo permanecer<br \/>\nsolamente los jugadores que disputan el partido y personal autorizado.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Se aclara a los clubes que cualquier presentaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del d\u00eda martes a las 15 horas, ser\u00e1 tratada en la siguiente reuni\u00f3n de este tribunal.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP \u2013 El jugador que \u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial,<br \/>\nquedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas.
