Mat\u00edas Marchesini- Presidente,<br \/>\nDr. Mario Ra\u00fal Arieta Y Dr. Jorge Aguirre \u2013 Vocal-<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nPresentaci\u00f3n del CLUB DEFENSORES, ratificada en consulta con Secretar\u00eda de Liga Mercedina, donde se menciona que en torno a la sanci\u00f3n al jugador BENEDETTI EZEQUIEL, la expulsi\u00f3n correspondi\u00f3 a otro jugador, este Tribunal Resuelve:<\/p>\n<p>1) SUSPENDER por 3 PARTIDOS  (ART. 200 a1 del RTP) al jugador BAY MATIAS<br \/>\n2) DEJAR SIN EFECTO sanci\u00f3n al Jugador BENEDETTI EZEQUIEL, quedando el mismo habilitado para jugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nInforme de Presidencia sobre situaci\u00f3n del jugador PASCUAL FRANCO, del club ATENEO, este Tribunal RESUELVE<br \/>\n1) SUSPENDER provisoriamente al jugador PASCUAL FRANCO<br \/>\n2) CITAR  al jugador PASCUAL FRANCO  ante este Tribunal, para el pr\u00f3ximo martes a las 19 horas <\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nEl descargo presentado por el club HOLANDA sobre informe arbitral sobre jugadores CABRERA EMILIANO, IRUSTA FRANCO Y BECERRA DANIEL, este Tribunal RESUELVE:<\/p>\n<p>BECERRA DANIEL -1A- 2 PARTIDOS (ART. 186 del RTP)<br \/>\nCABRERA EMILIANO -1A- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 186 del RTP)<br \/>\nIRUSTA FRANCO -1A- 1 PARTIDO (ART. 186 del RTP)<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mat\u00edas Marchesini- Presidente<br \/>\nDr. Mario Ra\u00fal Arieta<br \/>\nDr. Jorge Aguirre \u2013 Vocal-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS FALLO N\u00ba10 2024 &#8211; AMPLIACION &#8211; Miembros actuantes: Dr. H.
