DIV., hizo saber que \u201c expulsa al jugador nro. 15 \u2026 del club V\u00e9lez por golpear con la mano abierta en el rostro del adversario.. \u201d.-<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente el club V\u00e9lez realiza una presentaci\u00f3n sobre el hecho en estudio. Y un video filmado sobre el hecho que se investiga.<\/p>\n<p>Del an\u00e1lisis de la prueba colectada, nos encontramos con el hecho que el jugador Alfonso en ning\u00fan momento (ver video agregado) impacta su mano en el rostro del contrario, si en su hombro, por lo que corresponde sancionar al mencionado de acuerdo a lo normado en el articulo 204 RTP.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal\u00a0RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1\u00b0) Suspender por un partido (cumplido), al jugador Agust\u00edn Alfonso del CLUB VELEZ (art. 204 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO:<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n presentada por el club VELEZ, sobre el jugador GOMEZ LEONARDO (VELEZ) \u2013 1ERA, fallo 1\/ 2024, la misma ha sido tratada donde se determino que no se ha<br \/>\nagregado ning\u00fan elemento que permitan desvirtuar los dichos del \u00e1rbitro del encuentro, se resuelve: mantener la sanci\u00f3n que pesa sobre el mencionado jugador en el citado fallo (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong> Hacer saber a los clubes que las puertas de acceso al campo de juego debe permanecer cerrado, permaneciendo solamente los jugadores que disputan el partido y personal<br \/>\nautorizado.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong> Se aclara a los clubes que cualquier presentaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del d\u00eda martes a las 15 horas, ser\u00e1 tratada en la siguiente reuni\u00f3n de este tribunal.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong> Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP \u2013 El jugador que \u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas.
