Art. 33 &#8211; La apreciaci\u00f3n de los hechos para la justa aplicaci\u00f3n de la pena queda confiada a la libre convicci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Penas, el cual se pronunciar\u00e1 con los elementos de juicio que considere suficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- Sancionar con 3 partidos a la jugadora Sof\u00eda Crivella (art. 32 33 y 200 a) del RTP).-<br \/>\n2.- Sancionar con 3 partidos a la jugadora Carolina Zeller (art. 32, 33 y 200 a) del RTP).-<br \/>\n3.- Sancionar con 3 partidos a la jugadora Julieta Acu\u00f1a (art. 32, 33 y 200 a) del RTP).-<br \/>\n4.- Sancionar con 3 partidos a la jugadora Daiana Segovia (art. 32, 33 y 200 a) del RTP).-<br \/>\n5.- Dar por perdido el partido a los mencionados clubes (AMEFIP Y DEFENSORES), con el resultado 0 &#8211; 1 (art. 32, 33 y 106 G del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nEl ampliaci\u00f3n del informe de los \u00e1rbitros del partido entre EL FRONTON y CARTEROS, en la Primera Divisi\u00f3n, donde manifiesta \u201c encontraban dirigiendo una jornada de futbol infantil en la cancha de 9 se acerca una persona.. refiri\u00e9ndose al portero de comunicaciones identificado Brisoliz \u2026 .. \u201d( Debido a la extensi\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicha presentaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1. Sancionar con DOS partidos a Brizoliz , jugador del club Los Carteros (art. 186 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nEl informe de los \u00e1rbitros del partido entre EL FRONTON y UNION, en la quinta divisi\u00f3n, donde manifiesta \u201c durante el transcurso del partido a los 10 minutos expulso a un parcial del club el Front\u00f3n por insultar a viva voz.. tambi\u00e9n en el minuto 35 \u2026 expuse a otro parcial del club Front\u00f3n este hombre me insulta \u201d( Debido a la extensi\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicha presentaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- Dar traslado al Club El Front\u00f3n a fin de informe los datos de los mencionados simpatizantes expulsados, a fin de evitar sanciones (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong><br \/>\nReconsideraci\u00f3n peticionada por Nicol\u00e1s Ram\u00edrez, jugador del Club Estudiantes en la 1era divisi\u00f3n, por sanci\u00f3n aplicada en fallo 50\/22.
