GRAL RODRIGUEZ) -RESERVA- 1 PARTIDO (art. 207)<br \/>\nLUCERO CRISTIAN (DEFENSORES) -RESERVA- 3 PARTIDOS (art. 200 b 3)<br \/>\nLUCERO LUIS (AC DEFENSORES) -RESERVA- 2 PARTIDOS (art. 186, 196 y 260)<br \/>\nRAMIREZ FACUNDO 8RESERVA) 2 PARTIDOS (art. 201 b8)<br \/>\nGUTIERREZ (QUILMES) -RESERVA- 2 PARTIDOS (art. 201 b8)<br \/>\nMARCOS GALLARDO FRANCISCO -RESERVA- 1 PARTIDO (art. 207)<br \/>\nSERRANO DIEGO -RESERVA- 1 PARTIDO (art. 207)<br \/>\nRESQUIN NICOLAS LUIS (UNION) -RESERVA- 1 PARTIDO (art. 207)<br \/>\nCARDOZO DIEGO (TALLERES) -RESERVA- 1 PARTIDO (art. 207)<br \/>\nCONTRERAS ALDO (VELEZ) -5TA- 2 PARTIDOS (arts. 45 y 186)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> SUSPENSION POR ACUMULACION TARJETAS AMARILLAS \u2013 ART. 208 RTP y<br \/>\nPublicadas por p\u00e1gina Secretar\u00eda &#8211; Presidencia en p\u00e1gina web oficial<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nEl informe del \u00e1rbitro del partido (Quiroga Ezequiel) entre el Club PALOMETAS y CLUB TROCHA, en la primera divisi\u00f3n, donde el juez<br \/>\nmanifiesta \u201cen el d\u00eda de la fecha en el club Quilmes jugaban Palometas y Trocha, se disidi\u00f3 terminar en el entre tiempo (por falta de visibilidad en el estadio; estando de acuerdo ambos capitanes y t\u00e9cnicos) quedan 30 minutos restantes del segundo<br \/>\ntiempo, ganaba trocha 1 a 0 contra Palometas\u201d.<br \/>\nSeguidamente se recibe declaraci\u00f3n a Hugo Mu\u00f1oz (DT Trocha) y Ezequiel Barcos (DT Palometas) quienes manifiestan que \u201c que en ning\u00fan momento el arbitro lo consulto a el o la capitanas de sus equipos, para suspender el partido.. si bien es cierto que no se ve\u00eda mucho y que hab\u00eda poca luz..\u201d.-<\/p>\n<p>Art. 32 &#8211; El Tribunal de Penas debe resolver con sujeci\u00f3n a la letra y esp\u00edritu del Estatuto y\/o Reglamento de la Liga, de las resoluciones emanadas de las autoridades competentes de la misma y, en lo no prescripto, de acuerdo con los principios del deporte, la equidad y el derecho.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 33 &#8211; La apreciaci\u00f3n de los hechos para la justa aplicaci\u00f3n de la pena queda confiada a la libre convicci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Penas, el cual se pronunciar\u00e1 con los elementos de juicio que considere suficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el Tribunal de Disciplina RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- La prosecuci\u00f3n del partido, que se reanudara a los 30 minutos del segundo tiempo, restante en dos tiempos, hasta completar el tiempo reglamentario restante. El encuentro se disputara en las condiciones y fecha que determine la Liga.-<br \/>\n2.- Suspender por el t\u00e9rmino de 7 d\u00edas al \u00e1rbitro Ezequiel Quiroga (Art. 32, 33 del R.T.P.).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nEl informe de los \u00e1rbitros del partido entre AMEFIP y DEFENSORES, en la primera divisi\u00f3n femenino, donde manifiesta \u201c cuando transcurr\u00edan 18 minutos del encuentro decidimos suspender el encuentro por generarse actos de violencia, iniciando cuando.. \u201d( Debido a la extensi\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicha presentaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.- Suspender en forma provisoria a la jugadora Sof\u00eda Crivella (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n2.- Suspender en forma provisoria a la jugadora Carolina Zeller (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n3.- Suspender en forma provisoria a la jugadora Julieta Acu\u00f1a (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n4.- Suspender en forma provisoria a la jugadora Daiana Segovia (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n5.- Dar traslado del informe arbitral a los mencionados clubes (AMEFIP Y DEFENSORES) para su conocimiento y posterior descargo (art. 32 y<br \/>\n33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>5) El presente fallo incluye partidos jugados el fin de semana, por lo que sobre los partidos disputados d\u00edas martes, mi\u00e9rcoles y a disputarse en d\u00eda jueves, a trav\u00e9s de Secretar\u00eda de Liga se oficializar\u00e1n los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes en caso de existir jugadores expulsados, informados o con cinco amonestaciones. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Horacio Mat\u00edas Marchesini, Presidente<br \/>\nDr. Mario Ra\u00fal Arieta<br \/>\nDr. Jorge Aguirre \u2013 Vocal-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS FALLO N\u00ba 50\/ 2022 Miembros actuantes: Dr. H.
