Por protestar fallos de manera desmedida.. luego de ser expulsado el se\u00f1or se negaba a abandonar el terreno de juego segu\u00eda insultando al asistente de forma alterada .. arrojando un golpe de pu\u00f1o sin llegar a destino.\u201d(Debido a la<br \/>\nextensi\u00f3n del mismo se pone a disposici\u00f3n de las partes copias de dicho informe).<br \/>\nEs jurisprudencia de este Tribunal que los informes elaborados por los \u00e1rbitros constituyen semiplena prueba de lo que en ellos se consigna, y que s\u00f3lo mediante el aporte de testimonios directos en contrario pueden desacreditarse elmismo.<br \/>\nEsa valoraci\u00f3n procede del principio de autoridad sobre el que radica el imperio que tiene la persona del \u00e1rbitro que a la saz\u00f3n es la autoridad m\u00e1xima del partido.<br \/>\nDe otra manera no ser\u00eda posible juzgar en forma sumaria, segura y acorde a los principios del deporte, un legajo deportivo.-<br \/>\nEn virtud de los elementos obrante debemos encuadrarse la conducta de Jorge Boqu\u00edn dentro de lo previsto en el Art.184<br \/>\ndel R.T.P..-<br \/>\nArt. 184 del RTP &#8211; Suspensi\u00f3n de diez a treinta partidos al jugador que salivare en forma deliberada, intente agredir, amenace u ofenda gravemente al \u00e1rbitro, le arroje intencionalmente la pelota con las manos o pies alcanzando a golpearlo o cualquier otro ataque que se realice con menor violencia que en los casos previstos en el art\u00edculo anterior.<br \/>\nPor ello, el Tribunal de Disciplina, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1) Suspender a JORGE BOQUIN, DT del CLUB JUVENTUD de SUIPACHA por el t\u00e9rmino de DIEZ PARTIDOS (art. 32, 33 Y 183 Y 260 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27 del RTP &#8211; El jugador que \u2026 sea expulsado del campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1<br \/>\nautom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas.
