Mat\u00edas Marchesini- Presidente, Dr. Mario Ra\u00fal Arieta Y Dr. Jorge Aguirre \u2013 Vocal-<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> SUSPENDIDOS<br \/>\nTORRES JUAN CRUZ \u2013 LOS CARTEROS- 2 PARTIDOS \u2013 (ART. 202 b) RTP)<br \/>\nFEDULLO FELIPE \u2013 PALOMETAS \u2013 1 PARTIDO \u2013 (ART. 207 RTP)<br \/>\nDADEA LUCAS \u2013 CLUB MERCEDES- 1 PARTIDO \u2013 (ART. 207 RTP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong>\u00a0VISTO:<br \/>\nEl informe del partido Talleres \u2013 El Tim\u00f3n, en la primera divisi\u00f3n del futbol, donde comunican que \u201c\u2026 expulso al jugador nro. 4 de TALLERES Alfonso por aplicar una patada desde atr\u00e1s .. una vez expulsado se acerca y me aplica \u2026 procedo a suspender el partido \u2026\u201d(Debido a la extensi\u00f3n del mismo se pone a disposici\u00f3n de las<br \/>\npartes copias de dicho informe).<\/p>\n<p>-Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1\u00b0) Continuar con la suspensi\u00f3n provisoria y dar un nuevo traslado a ALFONSO Daniel para realizar su correspondiente descargo (art. 32 y<br \/>\n33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n2\u00b0) Citar al \u00e1rbitro del encuentro se\u00f1or CUENCA para que asista Y realice en forma escrita a este tribunal una ampliaci\u00f3n de su informe,<br \/>\nbajo apercibimiento de las sanciones correspondiente (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p> <strong>3)<\/strong>\u00a0PARTIDO MERCEDES VS AT. MARCOS PAZ (RESERVA). s\/<br \/>\nDENUNCIA CLUB QUILMES: continuando con las investigaciones llevadas adelante por este tribunal se Resuelve:<\/p>\n<p>a. Dar traslado al Club Mercedes y al Club Atl\u00e9tico Marcos Paz para realizar el descargo correspondiente (art. 32 y 33 del RTP) (dejando a<br \/>\ndisposici\u00f3n de los mismos copia de la denuncia correspondiente).-<\/p>\n<p>b. Levantar la suspensi\u00f3n provisoria para dirigir que pesaba sobre los \u00e1rbitros del encuentro mencionado (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> VISTO<br \/>\nLa nota presentada a este tribunal a trav\u00e9s del mail de esta liga, la misma se archiva sin m\u00e1s tr\u00e1mite, ya que la misma no cuenta con<br \/>\nlos requisitos exigido (firma y datos del presentante, etc.) para cualquier presentaci\u00f3n ante este tribunal (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong> SUSPENSION POR ACUMULACION TARJETAS AMARILLAS \u2013 ART. 208 RTP y Reg.
