Esto deriv\u00f3 en<br \/>\nuna protesta efusiva por parte del jugador, pero en ning\u00fan momento lleg\u00f3 a agarrar<br \/>\nfuertemente al juez como dice este en su descargo, ni lo agredi\u00f3, amenaz\u00f3 ni mucho<br \/>\nmenos saliv\u00f3. De ninguna manera nuestro Club justifica la reacci\u00f3n del jugador.<br \/>\nSin embargo, creemos que la conducta del jugador se encuadra claramente en lo<br \/>\nque establece el Art\u00edculo N\u00b0 185 del R.T.P. \u201c.-<br \/>\nQue seg\u00fan jurisprudencia de este Tribunal resulta carga para el acusado por el<br \/>\nprincipio de la inversi\u00f3n de la carga probatoria traer al expediente prueba directa,<br \/>\nno hip\u00f3tesis o conjeturas, que impugne el informe.<br \/>\nDel an\u00e1lisis realizado por este tribunal no se ha aportado ning\u00fan elemento que<br \/>\npermita modificar a lo all\u00ed dispuesto (fallo 16\/2021), por ello se resuelve archivar<br \/>\nlas presentes sin m\u00e1s tr\u00e1mite.
