Este se\u00f1or se pone a insultar en reiteradas veces se lo advierte en 4 ocasiones\u2026 antes de irse vuelve a insultar\u2026. El jugador nro. 11 y 13 nos tiran trompadas con insultos, llego la polic\u00eda y calman todo.\u201d.-<br \/>\n(Debido a la extensi\u00f3n del mismo se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicho informe).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el Tribunal de Disciplina RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)  Suspender  en forma provisoria a Sergio Gumarelli, dt del Club Mercedes   ( art. 32, 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n2) Suspender  en forma provisoria a Jonas COLOMBO, jugador del Club Mercedes   ( art. 32, 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n3) Suspender  en forma provisoria a Joaqu\u00edn LEDESMA, jugador del Club Mercedes   ( art. 32, 33 del RTP).-<br \/>\n4)  Dar traslado al CLUB MERCEDES  y al CLUB ATLETICO MARCOS PAZ  del informe arbitral para su descargo (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\nTr\u00e1mite de Expte. \u201cClub EL TIMON Su Protesta contra club LA DIEGO ARMANDO\u201d por inclusi\u00f3n indebida del jugador nro. 5 Maximiliano Guzm\u00e1n del La Diego Armando, en el partido de la primera divisi\u00f3n disputando entre ambos el 08\/09\/2019, ya que el mencionado Guzm\u00e1n ten\u00eda una fecha de suspensi\u00f3n por acumulaci\u00f3n de tarjetas amarillas.-<br \/>\n(Debido a la extensi\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicho informe).<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el Tribunal de Disciplina RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)\tDar traslado al CLUB La Diego Armando, de la protesta en curso para su descargo en los t\u00e9rminos de la reglamentaci\u00f3n vigente (arts. 7, 10 y cc. RTP).-<br \/>\nVISTO:<br \/>\n              El informe del \u00e1rbitro del encuentro entre el CLUB DEFENSORES y el CLUB ESTUDIANTES, en la 5ta divisi\u00f3n , donde manifiesta que informa al publico del club estudiantes de la 5ta es identificado padre (Gerardo Gallo) tras decirle a su hijo dale p\u00e9gale vos tambi\u00e9n..
