Gral. Del Torneo<br \/>\nPresidencia Liga informa que entre jueves y viernes publicar\u00e1 situaci\u00f3n de jugadores<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong><br \/>\nVISTO: El informe elevado por el \u00e1rbitro asistente del partido entre el Club Defensores y el Club V\u00e9lez, en la primera divisi\u00f3n, donde informa que el se\u00f1or Jose Alfonso, presidente del Club V\u00e9lez, por insultar a viva voz desde la platea de la cancha de la liga diciendo \u201c la \u2026..\u201d y burl\u00e1ndose \u2026\u201d .-<br \/>\nSeguidamente el mencionado Alfonso realiza un descargo aportando pruebas.-<br \/>\nEste tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1) Suspender a Jos\u00e9 Alfonso, presidente del Club V\u00e9lez Sarfield  por el termino siete d\u00edas  (art. 32 y 33 , 186 y 260 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong><br \/>\nVISTO: El informe elevado por el \u00e1rbitro del partido entre el Club MERCEDES  y el Club ESTUDIANTES, en la categor\u00eda 2004, a los 28 minutos del segundo tiempo expulso al t\u00e9cnico de club Mercedes, GIUMARELLI SERGIO, por reclamos menores\u2026 .-<br \/>\n(Debido a la extensi\u00f3n del mismo se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicho informe).<br \/>\nEste tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)\tCitar \tal t\u00e9cnico del club Mercedes, categor\u00eda 2004, SERGIO GIUMARELLI para el d\u00eda lunes pr\u00f3ximo a las 19,30 horas con fin de realizar su descargo, haciendo saber que en su caso el mismo podr\u00e1 realizarse en forma escrita (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) <\/strong><br \/>\nVISTO: El informe elevado por el \u00e1rbitro asistente del partido entre el Club JUVENTUD y el club UNION, en la quinta divisi\u00f3n, donde informa que al terminar el encuentro entre ambas clubes ingresa una persona GABRIEL BIDART, presidente del Club UNION, reclamando fallos arbitrales, insultando verbalmente a la dupla arbitral diciendo &#8212;\u201d .-<br \/>\n(Debido a la extensi\u00f3n del mismo se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la parte copia de dicho informe).<br \/>\nEste tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1)\tCitar a GABRIEL BIDART, presidente del CLUB UNION para el d\u00eda lunes pr\u00f3ximo a las 19,45 horas con fin de realizar su descargo, haciendo saber que en su caso el mismo podr\u00e1 realizarse en forma escrita (art. 32 y 33 del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong><br \/>\nVISTO: El informe del Presidente de la Liga donde manifiesta el error en confesi\u00f3n de planilla del partido entre Juventud &#8211; Uni\u00f3n (Categor\u00eda 2005). Que las planillas se\u00f1alan que el encuentro finaliz\u00f3 0 a 0 cuando en realidad el partido tuvo el resultado final de Juventud 0 &#8211; Uni\u00f3n 4.<br \/>\nEste Tribunal RESUELVE:<br \/>\nSuspender a los \u00e1rbitros RIGLOS Y OVIEDO  por el t\u00e9rmino de siete d\u00edas, haciendo un llamado a los \u00e1rbitros en general a tomar recaudos en las confecciones de planillas, tanto en resultados como en los respectivos informes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7)<\/strong><br \/>\nSUSPENSION PROVISIONAL \u2013 ART. 22 RTP-<br \/>\nFERNANDEZ KEVIN (Estudiantes 2004)<br \/>\nLEDESMA JOAQUIN (Mercedes 2004)<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que seg\u00fan el Art. 27  del RTP &#8211;  El jugador que \u2026 sea expulsado del  campo de juego en partido oficial, quedar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente inhabilitado para  actuar hasta tanto se expida el Tribunal de Penas.
