Dar traslado al Club UNION de los sucesos narrados, para su descargo (art. 32, 33  Y CC del RTP).-<br \/>\n2. Suspender en forma provisoria al jugador OJEDA, JUAN Del CLUB UNION de la categor\u00eda  art. 32, 33  Y CC del RTP).-<br \/>\n3. Suspender en forma provisoria a ALTAMORE, JOSE Del CLUB UNION de la categor\u00eda  art. 32, 33  Y CC del RTP).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\n        El informe del \u00e1rbitro del encuentro entre el club EL FRONTON y CLUB VELEZ,  en quinta divisi\u00f3n , donde se informa que \u201c.. a los 29 minutos del segundo tiempo expulse al jugador nro. 17 del club El Front\u00f3n, NAVARRETE OSCAR MANUEL, luego de un empuj\u00f3n hacia mi persona, lo expulso y instantemente el jugador reacciona muy mal con un golpe de pu\u00f1o a la altura de mi cara, el cual logro poder cubrirme impactando ese golpe fuerte sobre mi mano izquierda, una vez que fue retirado por sus compa\u00f1eros ya no estaba en condiciones para continuar el partido, por eso decid\u00ed suspenderlo..\u201d.-<br \/>\nEste tribunal,  RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.\tDar por finalizado el partido entre los mencionados equipos  registrando como resultado el del momento de la suspensi\u00f3n: EL FRONTON 2 \u2013 CLUB VELEZ 3 , de acuerdo al Art\u00edculo 32, 33 Y 106 del RTP.-<br \/>\n2. Dar traslado al Club EL FROTON  de los sucesos narrados, para su descargo (art. 32, 33  Y CC del RTP).-<br \/>\n3. Suspender en forma provisoria NAVARRETE, OSCAR MANUEL del CLUB EL FROTON  de la categor\u00eda 5TA. ( art. 32, 33  Y CC del RTP).-<br \/>\n4.
