Gral. Del Torneo<br \/>\nVaca, Santiago\t-Holanda-<br \/>\nAranda, Nicol\u00e1s\t-Palometas-<br \/>\nBecerra, Daniel\t-Pe\u00f1a Xeneize-<br \/>\nChaparro, Sergio -Pe\u00f1a Xeneize-\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\n              El informe de los \u00e1rbitros del partido en la divisi\u00f3n reserva, disputado entre el Club MERCEDES y el Club PABELLON, disputado el 14\/07\/2018, donde el jugador GRECK SIMON, fue expulsado con roja directa a los 24 minutos del segundo tiempo, por empujar al arbitro; posteriormente y seg\u00fan el relato del \u00e1rbitro Cesar Burnel dicho jugador le aplica un golpe de pu\u00f1o en el rostro y se abalanza sobre el \u00e1rbitro\u2026-<br \/>\n              Es jurisprudencia de este Tribunal que los informes elaborados por los \u00e1rbitros constituyen semiplena prueba de lo que en ellos se consigna, y que s\u00f3lo mediante el aporte de testimonios directos en contrario pueden desacreditarse el mismo.<br \/>\n              Esa valoraci\u00f3n procede del principio de autoridad sobre el que radica el imperio que tiene la persona del \u00e1rbitro que a la saz\u00f3n es la autoridad m\u00e1xima del partido.<br \/>\n              La autoridad del encuentro es el \u00e1rbitro y se presume la legalidad de sus actos hasta que se demuestre su error, de otra manera no podr\u00eda sustanciarse ning\u00fan proceso administrativo deportivo.<br \/>\n               Adem\u00e1s del mencionado informe del \u00e1rbitro, incluido la denuncia realizada por este en sede policial y el certificado m\u00e9dico correspondiente donde consta la lesi\u00f3n; entiende este Tribunal que no sido contrarrestado el valor probatorio de dichas pruebas, por lo que debe considerarse la conducta del jugador GRECK SIMON debe encuadrarse en lo previsto por el art. 183 del R.T.P.<br \/>\n                Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n                1. Suspender  por el termino de UN A\u00d1O al jugador GRECK SIMON, de la 5ta.
