DE VELEZ) \u2013 1 partido \u2013 art. 186 y 260 del RTP<br \/>\nSOSENA VALENTIN \u2013 cat. 2004 &#8211; 1 partido &#8211;  Art.207 del RTP<br \/>\nGULLO MARCOS \u2013 cat. 2003- 2 partidos \u2013 Art. 200 a) 7 del RTP<br \/>\nMORENO EXEQUIEL \u2013 cat. 2004-  1 partido \u2013  Art. 207 del RTP<br \/>\nMORENO RAMIRO ( MERCEDES) \u2013 cat. 2004 \u2013 2 partidos \u2013 Art. 201 a del RTP <\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong><br \/>\nVISTO:<br \/>\n              Que En atenci\u00f3n al informe del \u00e1rbitro del encuentro entre el Club V\u00e9lez Sarsfield y el Club El Front\u00f3n, en la quinta divisi\u00f3n, el 17\/03\/2018; relatando que cuando transcurr\u00edan 15 minutos del segundo tiempo, la autoridad del encuentro expulso al Luis Giacoy, DT del club V\u00e9lez Sarsfield, por protesta reiteradas de fallos, ingresando al campo de juego insultando al \u00e1rbitro Axel Cabrera y amenazando al mismo; continua dicho informe mencionando que se suspende el partido por no encontrarse un adulto en el banco de suplentes del club V\u00e9lez .-<br \/>\nSeguidamente este tribunal solicito a la dupla arbitral una ampliaci\u00f3n del informe mencionado, pero hasta la fecha no ha sido presentado.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello el Tribunal, RESUELVE: suspender a Giacoy Luis DT de VELEZ, por el t\u00e9rmino de 3 partidos (art. 186, 207 y 260 del RTP).- T\u00e9ngase en cuenta las fechas disputadas tras el mencionado encuentro para su correspondiente cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mat\u00edas Marchesini, Presidente<br \/>\nDr. Juan Ignacio Bidone, Vicepresidente<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HONORABLE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS FALLO N\u00ba 5 \/2018 17\/04\/2018 Miembros actuantes: Mat\u00edas Horacio Marchesini- Presidente, Juan Bidone \u2013 Vicepresidente \u2013 Cristian G\u00f3mez \u2013 Vocal 1) SUSPENDIDOS LUCERO NESTOR (MERCEDES) cat. 2004- 3 partidos &#8211; Art. 200 inc. a) 3 del RTP TORRES ANTONIO (DT.
