(art. 45, 185 y 260).-<\/p>\n<p><strong>3\u00b0)<\/strong> VISTO:<br \/>\n              El informe de la dupla arbitral donde manifiestan que a los 15 minutos del segundo tiempo, termina expulsado del campo de juego el Sr. Claudio D\u00edaz, DT del CLUB UNION 5ta. Divisi\u00f3n, en su encuentro con el Club Estudiantes, por protestar fallos en forma reiterada.<br \/>\n               Posteriormente el se\u00f1or CLAUDIO DIAZ, realizo un descargo donde reconoce los hechos denunciados por el \u00e1rbitro en forma parcial.-<br \/>\nPor lo tanto y  analizando los distintos elementos, se determino que el informe confeccionado por el \u00e1rbitro del encuentro, no ha sido contrarrestado en cuanto a su valor probatorio, por lo que debe mantenerse la sanci\u00f3n impuesta al mencionado DIAZ, en el fallo 33\/2017.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello este Tribunal, RESUELVE:<br \/>\n1.
