{"id":14453,"date":"2015-03-19T23:44:52","date_gmt":"2015-03-20T02:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ligamercedina.com\/web\/?p=14453"},"modified":"2015-03-19T23:47:42","modified_gmt":"2015-03-20T02:47:42","slug":"para-tener-en-cuenta-sobre-jugadores-no-fichados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ligamercedina.com\/web\/para-tener-en-cuenta-sobre-jugadores-no-fichados\/","title":{"rendered":"PARA TENER EN CUENTA SOBRE JUGADORES NO FICHADOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Art. 212<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Suspensi\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o al jugador que en partido oficial:<br \/>\na) firme planilla y act\u00fae en el mismo con nombre supuesto, sea o no jugador inscripto.<br \/>\nb) Suplante a otro jugador vali\u00e9ndose de cualquier medio.<br \/>\nSi el infractor no se halla inscripto en la Liga la pena ser\u00e1 de inhabilitaci\u00f3n por igual<br \/>\nt\u00e9rmino.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 213<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; El jugador inscripto cuyo nombre se us\u00f3 o fue su plantado (art. 212, inc. a y b) ser\u00e1<br \/>\nsuspendido por igual per\u00edodo si se le comprobara participaci\u00f3n en el hecho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 215<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Suspensi\u00f3n de cinco a veinte partidos al jugador que act\u00fae en partido oficial hall\u00e1ndose sometido a la pena de suspensi\u00f3n o est\u00e9 inhabilitado por cualquier otro motivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art. 216<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Suspensi\u00f3n de tres a seis partidos, al jugador que act\u00fae en partido oficial sin estar reglamentariamente habilitado, salvo que la inhabilitaci\u00f3n sea imputable al club al que<br \/>\npertenece<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Art. 212 &#8211; Suspensi\u00f3n de un a\u00f1o al jugador que en partido oficial: a) firme planilla y act\u00fae en el mismo con nombre supuesto, sea o no jugador inscripto. b) Suplante a otro jugador vali\u00e9ndose de cualquier medio.
